Staff - Training (Code: TRG)

Responsibilities
Assist design training module and
evaluate training process
Conduct training program and
administration
Ensure training program are on
schedule and well prepared
Assist the trainer in the programs
due to effectiveness training
Prepare training record and report
for management purposes
Requirements
Minimum D3 degree in any major
with minimum GPA 2.80 (out of 4.00)
Minimum 1 year experience in
training and administration
Good knowledge to design training
module, training development,
training analysis, administration and
filing system
Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
Team work, easy going, hardworking
and good communication
Posses good English (verbal and
written)
Willing to travel in any region
throughout Indonesia
